A very Lutheran Christmas…

Last night I attended a Christmas concert with my wife, at a southeast-suburban Lutheran church.  As my Father-in-law was one of the musicians playing, I’ll leave you instead with some of the notes my wife and I wrote to each other on the backs of our programs:

• At least they aren’t doing Christmas Shoes
• Praise the Lord!  They’d all surely then go to Hell!
• They aren’t playing “Mary did you know” either
• I love how my dad is so Miami Vice
• My Grandma would have loved this.
• Either he thinks this is as lame as we do, or he’s having a stroke!
• This is worse than old school GCM.
